I have customer service and hospitality experience from working in the USA at Omni Royal Orleans Hotel, along with current volunteer ESL tutoring experience at Redwood ESL where I help adult learners improve their conversational English. I am patient, friendly, and passionate about helping students build confidence in speaking English. I am a certified TEFL tutor.
